UV metallizing is a process used to apply a thin metallic coating to a substrate using ultraviolet (UV) light. This technique combines vacuum metallizing, where a metallic material (usually aluminium) is vaporized and deposited onto a surface, with a UV-cured coating process. Here are some of the advantages -

  1. Super reflective mirror-like finish.

  2. The reflective finish has no age and saves the product from wear & tear marks.

  3. Gives the product a rich aesthetic.

  4. Perfect for products with higher quantity of production.

THERMAL EVAPORATION VACUUM METALLIZING

Thermal evaporation vacuum metallizing is a process used to apply a thin metallic coating to a substrate in a vacuum environment. This method is widely used for creating reflective, decorative, or protective coatings on various materials such as plastics, glass, ceramics, and metals. Here are some of the advantages-

  1. Economical in pricing in comparison to UV metallizing.

  2. Cost-effective.

  3. Perfect for local products.

RAINBOW 7 COLOUR PVD COATING

Rainbow PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating is a specialized technique used to apply a thin, multi-coloured metallic coating onto a substrate. This coating process involves depositing metals and compounds in a controlled environment to achieve a vibrant, iridescent effect that resembles the colours of a rainbow.

  1. The coating is done on the base colour of the product.

  2. The coating gives a 7-colour chameleon-like shade.

  3. The intensity of the shading can be controlled according to liking.

  4. The coating can be done on a transparent base product.

UV HIGH GLOSS & MATTE LACQUERING

UV lacquering is a process used to apply a protective or decorative coating to a surface using ultraviolet (UV) light to cure the lacquer. This method is widely employed in various industries, including automotive, furniture, packaging, and electronics, due to its efficiency and high-quality finish in matte or high gloss. Here are some of the advantages & usages -

  1. Gives a protective transparent UV layer on the product.

  2. The protective layer saves the base print on the product from scratching & gives the product a high gloss reflective shine.

  3. The Matte finish gives a soft touch finish on the base colour of the product.
